Charming historical setting with personal touch from owners.
Our room had an old and uncomfortable toilet, and the flush was improperly functioning, creating a continuous noise that was incredibly bothersome. the shower cabinet was faulty, and I was frustrated to find that the shampoo was not replaced daily. It was quite a struggle to access the room in the attic with our luggage and the lack of air conditioning left the room uncomfortably hot at night.

We had a fantastic stay in the Two-Bedroom Apartment! It was spacious and very clean, with a private entrance. The location was perfect—just a 5-minute walk from the vaporetto station and close to several restaurants and a supermarket. The beach was just a short stroll away, making it ideal for our family.
We heard some noise from the bed and breakfast above us.

I found the location to be absolutely perfect, nestled just a short stroll from the water bus stop, allowing for easy exploration of the sights in Venice. The spacious accommodations were beautifully maintained, and the garden views added a charming touch to my stay. With supermarkets and delightful restaurants only minutes away, my friends and I felt we were in a peaceful retreat while being near all the action.
The air conditioning didn't quite meet expectations, occasionally leaving the room feeling warmer than desired.

Staying here was a delight! The two-bedroom apartment was spacious, offering privacy for a group. Just a 5-minute walk to the boat station and a short distance from the beach. Cleanliness was impeccable, and the surrounding area was serene. A huge added bonus was having a supermarket nearby for all our needs!

Loved the garden view from our room! Super close to the boat station and beach. Breakfast was delicious with fresh croissants and cheese. Only downside was the noisy air conditioning, but overall an enjoyable stay! 😊
